Cinnamon Sipper is the third co-founder of Mobius, alongside Amy and Elena Wagenmans. All three were Stanford MS Mechanical Engineering students together. Phone: +1 (202) 754-1372 (DC area code).
How They Met
September 2021: first messages. Cinnamon gave Amy Apple internship advice; she was 8 months into her own Apple internship when Amy was starting. "Idt any of the interns even took sick days."
October 2023: reconnected. Cinnamon helped Amy negotiate her Apple full-time offer. She was business-savvy: "Get back on the phone with her... now you're in the optimization game."
November 2023: Cinnamon knew Elena. "OMG I know Elena!!" This is when the three began talking about starting Mobius together.
The Social Web
Cinnamon was not just a business partner. She was deeply embedded in Amy's Stanford social life. She shared group chats with Olivia Porter, Amy, and others: elvis, spraaang breaaak, Mr. & Mrs. Ripstick, Cobrahhhhh, Stanford free füd, friends to lovers?, Little brothers. Even "butt slutt" had all three future Mobius co-founders in it.
Most significantly: Cinnamon was dating Elliot Porter — Olivia Porter's brother. The messages are clear: "third wheeling elliot and cinnamon," "elliot is legit at cin's rn," "me cin and elliot," "cinnamon almost just crashed my car." This means the firing wasn't just a business decision — it was happening inside a tangled web of personal relationships where Cinnamon's boyfriend's sister was part of the same friend group as Amy.
This means Amy, Cinnamon, and Elena were friends BEFORE they were co-founders. The social dynamics of firing Cinnamon were complicated by how intertwined their friend groups were. And the Elliot connection made it personal in a way that pure business disagreements aren't.
Mobius and the Firing
January 2024: all three co-founded Mobius. Cinnamon handled sample emails (signed "Thanks, Cinnamon"), financial modeling, debt financing, accounting. She was operational. 12,954 messages in 2024 alone; she was deeply embedded in daily operations.
Cinnamon attempted to push Amy and Elena off the board. Elena convinced Amy to side with her against Cinnamon. They fired Cinnamon approximately two years before March 2026.
Amy's account: Cinnamon "did nothing" and "said bullshit and lied to everyone." The 12,954 messages of operational work in 2024 contradict this. Cinnamon was doing cellink negotiations, investor relations (Mucker), trade logistics, bank setup. She was quite active.
The firing is significant in retrospect because it established the template Elena would later use on Amy. Elena recruited an ally (Amy) against a target (Cinnamon), then later discarded the ally (Amy) when she was no longer useful. See The Elena Pattern.
The Suki Connection
Suki, the woman Amy caught feelings for in May–July 2024, knew Cinnamon well and referenced her frequently: "idk if cinnamon's mentioned zach," "cinnamon can verify." This means even Amy's romantic life was threaded through the same Stanford mechE social web that produced Mobius. The firing of Cinnamon didn't sever the social connections — it just made them awkward.
After Mobius
Cinnamon founded Godela (godela.ai), an AI physics engine company. Godela was accepted into YC X25 and raised $500K. Co-founder: Abhijit Pamarty (Harvard, Stanford, Intel background). As of March 2026, claimed to have signed a first contract replacing Ansys and was in talks with Apple, Amazon, Intel, and ESA.
236 Twitter followers. Zero public mentions of Mobius, Amy, or Elena. Does not play the social game.
Amy's Assessment
Amy would not join Cinnamon's startup: "sounds boring, not backed by science, product unclear." Suspects Cinnamon is lying about traction.
When asked who has better product-market fit: Godela has one paying enterprise contract, which beats 350 unfulfilled preorders.
Amy does not trust Cinnamon. But she recognizes Cinnamon has done the thing Amy says she wants to do: started something quietly, built without spectacle, and signed a real customer.
The 2am Comparison
On March 10, 2026, Amy researched Cinnamon at 2am: "I keep asking who's 'doing better.' Elena's startup is probably failing. Cinnamon's is a coin flip. I have $200k and a stable job. But none of that feels like winning because I don't have a startup. I don't have the story. The title."
Then: "I'm worse than both of them."
Message Volume
13,440 total. 21 in 2021 (early Stanford connection), 465 in 2023 (reconnecting), 12,954 in 2024 (Mobius operations). Zero after being fired.
