On September 19, 2022, Amy posted on Instagram: "Shoutout to my awesome little brother George for starting college. I want everyone to know that he is a graduate of Amy Academy. So proud of you! #ucla"
This is an older-sister line. George comments across Amy's posts in a dry, little-brother way. Their dynamic: she is proud and vocal, he is wry and understated. Amy calls him "bitch" affectionately; George responds with "wtf??"
Career
George's trajectory reads like a younger-sibling version of Amy's, minus the startup detour:
Amy sent him internship links constantly, forwarded Stanford opportunities, helped with interview prep. She was his career coach.

Pretzel
On November 9, 2025, Amy and George applied to Y Combinator's Winter 2026 batch as co-founders of Pretzel. This is the most significant thing documented about George, and Amy has never mentioned it publicly. The product was related to "Mintlify hardware documentation platform" based on the YC interview transcript title. They had a YC interview December 4, 2025 (via Zoom). They didn't get in. Amy went to Vizcom instead.
The choice of George as co-founder is telling. After two years of Elena Wagenmans and Cinnamon Sipper, Amy's next instinct was family. Someone who wouldn't push her off the board.
Family
George is scared to go back to the Davis family house because "no more teddy" (April 2025). He and Amy both miss Teddy deeply. He got a red velvet cake for their mom Sue's birthday at dad's house with Teddy (2021). Amy told him: "Make sure you celebrate with dad, ok? Buy some flowers or a cake."
